Customer stories build trust because they’re authentic and relatable.

This video uses testimonials from Cisco customers, Purdue University, Dimension Data, and Presidio to and hype to Cisco’s new machine-learning-based network.

I wrote the skeleton drafts for shot lists, conducted all interviews, cut transcripts for editing, and directed the editing process.

These videos were so effective for Cisco that they asked us to do several more customer stories in this same style, including the next video which highlights a law firm that adopted flexible wfh policies long before the 2020 pandemic.
