I’m all about good flow — there’s so much satisfaction in the perfect blend of organic movement and structure.

I think that’s why I love UX. There’s all this raw creativity, but it’s married with process and practice. Out-of-the box thinking leaning into data, testing, and iteration.

Listen with intensity
Understanding only comes when we actively listen. That means listening to others, ourselves, the data, and our environment.
Speak with compassion
When it’s time to speak or write, do it with love. Think about where folks are emotionally and tailor the words to their best interests.
Grow
Plant things. Learn things. Try things. We need new experiences and new information to progress. Also we need time to rest and integrate.
I’m not sure how I feel about personality tests, but these were pretty spot on.
